I'm not your typical life coach. Sure, I come with a Bachelor of Commerce degree, a major in Human Resources, and a minor in Business Communications. I've spent a decade in corporate human resources and another ten years navigating the entrepreneurial landscape.
But here's the deal – I'm just like you. I'm your average mom of two, living an average life, with one not-so-average passion: helping you craft an extraordinary life.
Finding my path!
Growing up in a small town in Northern Ontario wasn't always easy. My parents divorced when I was just five, and I faced my fair share of challenges. But here's what I learned early on – the only person truly looking out for you is YOU. Your decisions shape your path, and intentional choices pave the way for a smoother journey.
Initially, I set my sights on a psychology degree, thinking I could help people with their problems. But I craved more – the opportunity to assist individuals in creating new opportunities and intentional lives. So, after a bit of soul-searching, I pursued a Bachelor of Commerce, blending my love for people with a keen business mindset.

Throughout my human resources career, I informally coached people from all walks of life. But I knew there was more I could offer.
